Celebrate Cinco De Mayo and Copita’s 3rd Birthday at the modern Mexican restaurant in the heart of beautiful Sausalito!
Beginning the Cinco de Mayo celebrations early on May 1 through May 5, Copita will be serving delicious Luxe Lobster Tacos (3 for $20) and featuring a Margarita tasting flight ($18) including the Classic Margarita (herradura blanco, fresh lime juice, agave nectar), Barb Wire (tequila blanco, strawberry rhubarb puree, marachino liquor, lime) and Some Like it Hot (housemade spicy tequila, lillet, grapefruit, lime, agave, fresh ground pepper).
A local chalk artist will be creating a special art piece on the sidewalk in front of Copita for the celebration! On Copita’s official birthday, Sunday, May 3, the kitchen team will be serving Ancho Chile Adobo Porchetta ($19) with sides including fire-roasted cherry tomatoes with fresh favas, epazote and caramelized pearl onions, along with Rancho Gordo white beans with lime zest and olive oil. And of course it wouldn’t be a complete celebration without a Mariachi band, who will make an appearance that night from 5pm-8pm. The full dinner menu will also be available. http://www.copitarestaurant.com/
