Where will you be Sunday, May 17th? Join us for an evening delighting in style, music, performance art, and delectable treats. City College of San Francisco celebrates its 14th annual student-produced spring fashion show: Tempus. This year's show will be held at Ruby Skye, in the heart of downtown San Francisco.
Immerse yourself in a world that will pay homage to the greatness of San Francisco and proudly evoke the intermingling of what our exquisite city has to offer: art, fashion, and technology. In a similar fashion to the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition, which honors its 100th year anniversary this year, CCSF students triumphantly present the show to symbolize 80 years of providing and fostering unparalleled education to help students achieve their dreams.
You will soon be enthralled by our student designer collections, for men and women, showcasing influences from Ancient Rome to the Great American West. This show will not only be a demonstration of dreams, but a passage through time. With both men's and women's wear collections, there will be a little something for everyone's aesthetic. Witness the event that will determine which talented designer will move on to earn a scholarship to the Academy of Art University.
Doors open at 5:00 pm. Bring a light appetite to nosh on some delicious small bites generously donated by local eateries. In addition, there will be raffle tickets available for purchase that help generate funds to keep this annual event progressing into the future!
