The intimate evening will take place at The Caviar Co. Champagne Lounge and spotlight five different caviars, each served with a delectable and unexpected canapé. Guests will learn about the range of flavors and textures the delicacy offers, the history of caviar and more from Petra who has spent over a decade in the industry. Chef Jeremy will also treat guests to a live demonstration of the creation of caviar bites, sharing tips and techniques to help them recreate and impress at home.
