As you may know, we have just closed on our most recent acquisition. The property was built in 2003, and it is a 204-unit apartment community in Evansville, Indiana.
This is our first acquisition in Indiana, and we would like to do a case study and talk about the whole process, from the initial underwriting of the deal all the way to closing and onboarding. What's different between Dallas, TX and Evansville Indiana? How were we awarded a deal in a new market? How did we go about finding a management company? What did we do when the management team we found turned out to be not a good fit? Come and find out!
