WHAT: Carnaval San Francisco, the annual two–day festival and grand parade that takes place in San Francisco’s Mission District over Memorial Day Weekend, announced it will host its first official New Year's Eve Mission Party in the historic San Francisco Armory from 7 p.m. – 2 a.m. on Monday, December 31. A portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit the Carnaval San Francisco 2019 parade contingents.
Offering the perfect way to ring in 2019 in the heart of the vibrant Mission District, the event will feature samba dancers winding through the party, live performances, and the hottest salsa, soca, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and Top 40 hits. Guests can celebrate with exotic drinks, an epic balloon drop, Latin and Caribbean cuisine, a photo booth, and a champagne toast at midnight. A trip for two to Mexico will also be offered as a door prize.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their dancing shoes, masks, costumes, and cameras to enjoy the ultimate Carnaval San Francisco 40th Anniversary New Year’s Eve party.
