The Aging Services Collaborative of Santa Clara County will host the 2019 Caregivers Count Conference on Saturday, May 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Campbell Community Center in Campbell, California. With family caregivers spending an average of 24 hours per week providing care*, the Caregivers Count Conference is an annual event designed to support families and friends caring for their loved ones. The conference features professional speakers covering wide ranging topics to support caregivers. Over 20 vendors and nonprofit organizations will also be onsite to provide valuable information about local resources in the community that are available to caregivers. The conference fee is $15 per person and it includes admission & lunch. Respite care may also available for caregivers who want to attend but need help caring for their loved one.
