For two years we have been the only Pediatric practice in Northern California to offer VEP vision screening to children as young as 6 months old, thro' 8 years old. Early detection helps prevent the eye deterioration that causes Amblyopia (monocular vision blindness) which occurs in up to 4 % of the population. The cost of this test is covered by most health insurances.
