Canela Bistro & Wine Bar is offering diners a little something “extra” on November 20, along with their partner, Asturias for Foodies. Diners who make regular dinner reservations at the restaurant on the 20th will also enjoy a free traditional Asturian Food and Cider pairing/tasting as an educational and fun addition to their meal. While the night’s menu will continue to feature traditional Spanish Tapas from Mat Schuster, complimentary pairings and light bites will be provided to all who make a reservation to dine on this evening. Of course, Mat will also create a few Asturias specials to highlight the cuisine. “Extras” will include hard cider from Sidra Trabanco: which is a natural traditional cider "Cosecha Propia" which is more of a brut cider and Poma Aurea" that will align with seafood from Conservas Agromar including crab pate and white tuna pate. The cider tasting will be free, courtesy of De Maison Selections, the importer.
