Join us on a stroll through the lower 200 acres of Save Mount Diablo's beautiful Curry Canyon Ranch property. This portion of the larger 1,080 acre property showcases towering valley oaks and beautiful rangeland ecosystems. You might even see a golden eagle or two as well! This is a two-hour hike with one moderately strenuous climb.
This hike is appropriate for families and kids ages 7 and up. This hike will be led in both Spanish and English. Anyone is welcome to attend.
Due to COVID-19, we are limiting the hike to 8 participants. All participants must bring a mask and stay 6ft apart. Hand sanitizer will be available at the hike.Participants will also be required to accept our COVID-19 Protocol (available during registration).
You don't need fancy equipment! However, we do recommend: Sturdy boots or shoes; a flashlight or headlamp, plenty of water, and a snack. Masks are required.
