Caliva Presents:Yoga in the Park at Spark Social – Featuring Rose Delights

Caliva is hosting a Yoga in the Park event at Spark Social on Saturday January 29th, featuring Rose Delights, a Turkish Delight inspired edible! Oakland native and "Your Local Yoga Dealer", Shakira Scott will be leading students in a mindful 45 minute Yin/Yang vinyasa flow to 90s R&B, alternative music, reggae, jazz with a splash of meditative sounds. The goal of this class is building strength and flexibility, as well as exploring the mind / body connection. The sessions will be mixed level class and students will be able to modify the stretches based on one's own experience level and comfort. Class ends with breathing exercises and meditation.

Rose Delights are a vegan Turkish Delight-style edible in seasonal flavors, carefully infused with single-strain cannabis rosin and fresh fruit. There are 20 infused Delights in each box, with 5mg of THC per Delight.

NOTE: Attendees must be 21+ and bring their own yoga mat. All levels of yoga welcome to join.
