Learn about the history of cacao and coffee in Latin America with two innovators in their industry. Karla from Cru Chocolate and Mayra from Catracha Coffee Company are bringing their expertise to Andytown Coffee Roasters for a one-day event. They are breaking their class into two parts--History of Cacao and Chocolate in Latin America, and a Cacao/Coffee Roasting demonstration. Each class is an hour long, with a half-hour break in between to set up for the roasting demonstration.
Attendees will get their fill of coffee and chocolate and will also go home with a bag of Andytown Coffee sourced by Catracha Coffee Company and a bar of Cru Chocolate. Tickets are $30 per class, or $50 for both. We are capping attendance at 25 people per class to accommodate our small space, so act fast!
