A chance for a unique learning experiencewith our butcher Evan Blackburn as he breaks down an entire hog.  He will go over an introduction to butchery, charcuterie, and the basics of meat preparation all while you sip on a cocktail and snack on tasty treats.

Doors open at 5:30 PM
Class begins at 6 PM
