Business trips, the Olympian way! From stress to health WORKSHOP

SEE EVENT DETAILS
at Cambria Gallery - San Francisco (see times)

1 - WHAT IS THIS WORKSHOP ABOUT?
The Winter Olympics may be over but your business trips are not, as traveling for work is part of the job. But in our day and age, business trips can be very stressful:

They make us sacrifice our health: poor food options, lack of physical exercise, back-to-back meetings, late nights on work emails, jet lag, etc.

They can hurt our career success and longevity as we are not able to keep up and show travel resilience (Want to be a senior executive? They travel constantly)

It can put a strain on personal relationships with loved ones by missing some family events or by having difficulties communicating

As a result, frequent business travelers are expected to be like Olympians: overdeliver at work, recover fast from travel fatigue, and be present with their family. Here's the good news: it does not have to be this way.

2 - WHY ATTEND?

Reason #1: to make business trips contribute to your career longevity, success, and health!

Reason #2: to learn some powerful and actionable strategies on how to become an Olympic traveler

Reason #3: Every workshop attendee will have the opportunity to participate in our OLYMPIC RAFFLE

Gold prize (a $497 value): A comprehensive travel wellness assessment and one tailored coaching session         Silver prize (a $297 value): One personalized nutrition session          Bronze prize (a $59 value): One free ticket to our next travel wellness workshop
The workshop will take place in a beautiful space at Cambria Gallery (www.cambriausa.com/galleries/San-Francisco). So grab your tickets before they are gone as SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
