Burn, Flow, and Vino!

Sunday Funday is getting a healthy upgrade! On August 5th, SPARK Social SF is teaming up with Orangetheory Fitness and Corepower Yoga for the ultimate outdoor burn, flow, and bottomless vino experience!

First, feel the burn with Orangetheory Fitness' total body workout – designed to focus your energy in every way possible. Challenge your endurance, strength, and willpower with sprints, bodyweight exercises, squats, and core work that will have your abs burning! Then, Corepower Yoga will take you to the zen zone with a cool down flow session!

After the flow comes the vino. Rejuvenate with bottomless mimosas and sangrias! While trainers get your heart pumpin’ on the field, the Sip Bar will be juicing and chilling bottomless house-made mimosas and sangrias to enjoy after the burn. Plus 10+ gourmet food trucks will be fulfilling brunch dreams!

LET'S GET PHYSICAL

9:00am –  Find a prime spot on the field to get in your zone                                                                   
9:30am – Feel the burn with OTF 40min, coach-led bootcamp
10:10am – Find your flow with a 20-min CPY session
10:30am – Cool down & soak in your new-found workout motivation                                                         
11:00am – Head into SPARK for those well-deserved bottomless mimosas & sangria
2:00pm –  Last call – sip and savor your final pour
