We’ll explore the characteristics and practices of a results-based board in relationship to the organization, and the board’s own effectiveness. We’ll also discuss a case study to look at how a boards culture and practices can be shifted, in partnership with staff leadership. As always, this will be an interactive session. This workshop is most appropriate organizations with established boards, though all organizations are welcome and will find the session beneficial.
