Budgeting can be more fun and more creative than you know! Participants will review the basics of budgeting for arts organizations and artists, with an emphasis on how good budgeting can help make good art happen. Learn how to tell your story through numbers, avoid pitfalls that make funders cranky and create a tool that can help steer your aspirational vision to reality.
Geared toward artists and small arts organizations (budget under $1 million).
