Bruno Chemel's Le Parc Bistrobar in San Francisco will be serving a Valentine's prix fixe dinner on Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14 from 5:00 to 9:30 PM. Each couple enjoying this special menu will receive a long-stemmed rose.

Priced at $98.00 per person, the three-course meal can be supplemented with additional starter options for $25.00 each and specialty cocktails for $22.00 each. The prix fixe main course choices will be Le Steak Frites, grilled prime sirloin flap steak with Bordelaise sauce and French fries; Saumon Rôti, roasted salmon with farro and paprika sauce; Queues de Boeuf au Vin Rouge, braised oxtail with red wine and potato purée (+$15.00); or Le Loup de Mer, sea bass with quinoa and cardamom sauce (+$15.00). Le Parc Bistrobar is a charming, family-run bistro in Union Square, nestled within the Galleria Park Hotel. Led by renowned Chef Bruno Chemel, the restaurant offers a refined culinary experience inspired by the timeless spirit of French Moderne Cuisine. The menu pays homage to Chemel's French heritage and is crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients that bring out rich flavors in every dish. Chef Bruno Chemel, best known for his acclaimed and innovative culinary ventures in Palo Alto, brings a rich legacy of gastronomic excellence to Le Parc Bistrobar. In 2010, he and his wife, Christie Chemel, opened Baumé, which earned a Michelin star in less than a year, followed by an extraordinary run of two Michelin stars for nine consecutive years. Their culinary partnership was recognized at the highest level when the Michelin Guide named them a "Power Couple" in 2019. Carrying on the family tradition, their son Antoine Chemel now serves as Sous Chef at Le Parc Bistrobar.
