San Francisco Sustainable Fashion Week International returns in 2017 with a series of live events. We launch this month, by hosting, "Brunch & Swap in Style!" This is a private social event for females 21 and up who are interested in participating in a sustainable fashion shopping experience. Attendees can bring up to 10 gently used garment items for the clothing exchange.
Our event encourages attendees to discover the impacts that fashion has on the environment and learn about reusing, upcycling and recycling your clothes. In collaboration with our partners Organic Suave Tequila and SilkRoll we invite you to join us!
Event Schedule:
11am: Check-in, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary Tequilcello with club soda and basil leaves from award-winning Organic Suave Tequila.
11am -12pm: SilkRoll is the world's only online exchange for high-end women's fashion using a points earning system denoted as Qs. You can purchase fashion using your Qs. Earn Qs by sending in quality fashion you no longer wear, or buy a Qs package to start shopping right away. Your Qs do not expire. Women must drop off garment items to the SilkRoll staff upon arrival at the event to be curated.
11am -12:30pm: Rooftop Brunch includes healthy finger food items and organic fruit for your snacking enjoyment. Also enjoy social mingling with guests, lounge near the waterfall for a soothing Zen ambiance and shop from vendors.
12:30pm -1:30pm: Clothing Exchange Begins
1:30 -2pm: Guests can volunteer to be styled and walk in the “Swap in Style Runway!” Must let staff know at the time of initial check-in to participate.
Please note that ticket price does not include items with vendors, must purchase items separately.
