WHAT: PlumpJack Cafe will be featuring The Brewing Lair’s Brewmasters Susan Duniphin and Rich DeLano at the Brewmaster’s Dinner on March 31, 2016. The evening will kick off with a happy hour from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with The Brewing Lair brews and small bites. At 5:30 p.m., guests will meet Brewmasters Susan and Rich and at 6 p.m., the Brewing Lair introduction will commence and guests will be seated for dinner.
Created by PlumpJack Cafe’s Executive Chef Jack Connell, the four-course dinner will be comprised of pasta allo scoglio with mussels, clams, black pepper spaghetti, citrus and fennel; asparagus soup with foraged mushroom and prosciutto; pork belly with mac n’ cheese, corn bread crumble and braised greens and house made churros with cinnamon and Mexican chocolate. The beer pairings will include Brewing Lair Tripel, Dope is King Pale Ale, Uncle Elliotts IPA and Lost and Found Black IPA.
