Tuesdays, August 5, 12, 19, 26 at 7-8 am and 6-7:15 pm
In both morning and evening sessions, you'll take a moment for sacred stillness, beneath towering redwoods that breathe with you-exhaling what you no longer need, and offering oxygen, spaciousness, and life. In this quiet hour, we join the Earth's rhythm-mirroring the pulse of nature through breath, movement, and somatic awareness. What we offer, we receive.
As the air touches your skin, you'll feel the warmth of your breath rise from within while the sun slowly rises above the trees to meet you. This is the circle of life in motion: a steady exchange of energy that grounds your nervous system, centers your awareness, and returns you to your midline.
Through powerful yet easeful breath sequences, meditation, and movement, you'll clear what isn't yours and return to what is-leaving nourished, clear, and aligned. These practices gently support spinal health and natural detoxification, helping your body and mind move into the day with clarity and vitality.
Held outdoors at the Marin Art and Garden Center under the redwoods.
Bring a mat, a blanket to sit on and / or wrap around you, water, and anything else that helps you feel fully supported and comfortable. Benches are available if sitting on the ground isn't ideal. This space is designed to be inclusive and supportive, inviting participants of all ages to move at their own pace and honor what feels right for their body and nervous system.
About Children:
Children under the age of 15 are welcome to attend free of charge. While the breath practices offered are not recommended for children under 12, younger children are welcome to sit quietly in meditation, read, or simply be present.
Parents are welcome to bring their child if the child is self-sufficient and able to participate without ongoing attention.
$20.
