Breakfast, Brag, and Borrow @ San Francisco Public Library

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Join Community Tech Network and our network of partners for a meetup of organizations dedicated to closing the digital divide in the Bay Area and beyond! Meet others doing similar work so you can network, share successes, and crowdsource ideas.
If you or your organization:

Teach computer classes or offer computer tutoring?
Provide access to the internet?
Make computers and other devices available and offer support?
Make decisions that help people access and use the internet to improve their lives?
Or, want to start offering these service?

Then please join us!
Each month, a different organization hosts the event and gives a presentation about their work. Coffee and pastries provided.
This month's host : San Francisco Public Library - Main Branch
Recently, The Bridge at Main now has the entire Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesgin, and more. Additionally, the library offers a multitude of eLearning options for anyone with a library card, including Lynda.com, Rosetta Stone, and other computer training classes.
We will meet at the Learning Studio on the 5th Floor. Come hear what's happening at SFPL!
This month's extra topic : Season of giving
Having trouble coming up with a brag or borrow? We've got you covered. In addtion to hearing about all the great  happenings at SFPL, join us to brag and/or borrow about ideas related to end of year donations and fundraising. Has a particular social media campaign worked for you? We'd love to hear it! Has a particular social media campaign not worked very well for you? Might be good to hear your story too, *and* then you can steal the first person's idea. Win, win.
We hope to see you soon!
