Bourbon Barrel-aged Sake Release Party (12-2 pm)

Welcome to the year of American Craft sake.
To start this year off we are hosting a very special sake release party. This launch will feature our new Bourbon Barrel-aged sake. We have combined both two cultures into one sake. We took the traditional flavor of Japanese sake and infused it with American bourbon barrels essence.  These two craft beverages, created a complex yet still delicate flavor of dried fruit, vanilla with just the right amount of smoky molasses. 
On Sunday January 28th in cooperation with Chef Chad Kuczek of Second Line Chefs, you will have the opportunity to taste our Bourbon Barrel-aged sake with some special treats. Chef Chad has prepared some special morsels that pair excellently with our sake. You will have the opportunity to sample both Sequoia and Coastal lines with the morsels. And a special treat, Chef Pip has created a special chocolate desert just to this special occasion. Using sake kasu and chocolate he has developed a unique taste treat that enhances the wonderful flavors of both the bourbon barrel-age sake and the chocolate.
