Learn about the art of brewing and taste house-made craft brews by Peter B’s Brewmaster Kevin Clark! Montrio Bistro’s Chef Tony Baker will create an innovative menu around the flavor profiles of several of Peter B’s beers that will be served, including such favorites as “Belly Up” Blonde Ale, “Fort Ord” Wheat and more.
