The fourth annual Boo! Bark, Brews + Bites, a fun-filled Halloween celebration for pets and their humans filled with tricks, treats, frights and delights, returns to Jack London Square. Jack London Square's charity partner Canine Companions for Independence (CCI) returns to this year's event as the cohost of the annual DogFest Bay Area coinciding with Boo! Bark, Brews + Bites. CCI is a national non-profit organization that trains assistance dogs for people with disabilities, free of charge. By bringing the two events together, Jack London Square ensures an unforgettable community celebration of man's best friend, while raising awareness and funds to provide more assistance dogs to people with disabilities free of charge. The two events will provide live music, a beer and wine garden, food from local vendors, people and pooch crafts, doggy treats, pet photos, caricatures, fun festival booths for adults, kids and dogs, and an unforgettable canine costume contest to show off their Halloween spirit. There will also be Canine Companions graduate speakers and assistance dog demonstrations. Proceeds benefit Canine Companions for Independence.
