Body as Ecosystem: Making Healthy Babies

This workshop will take a systems-based approach to nutrition and cooking for optimal fertility and the nourishment of healthy babies in utero. Led by former Montalvo Culinary Fellow Jessica Theroux, the class will educate participants about important diet choices during pre-conception, pregnancy, and for supporting moms postpartum. Part lecture, part interactive seminar, and part cooking class, this workshop is ideal for women and men of reproductive age with an interest in learning more about their bodies! A light lunch will be served. Space is limited.
