As usual, it's at Don Ramon's Mexican Restaurant, which can't be beat for the easy price point, location near the bars, ample car and bike parking, great hospitality, and wonderful food. Historically, this dinner has catered to men in full BLUF and their geared-up friends. However, anyone in full gear is welcome: leather, rubber, uniforms, kitted skins, for example.
