Ever wanted to learn how to blind taste like a sommelier? Here is your chance!
Get ready to taste with the pros and discover your wine palate. Advanced Sommeliers Jennifer Estevez and Aubrey Terrazas will take you through a series of blind tasting exercises and teach you how to sip, sniff and swirl like a professional.
Class will start with a glass of bubbles on the terrace and then guests will settle in and dive into blind tasting flight of 8 wines.
Aubrey and Jennifer will lead a series of hands-on palate training exercises to leave guests with a thorough understanding of how to judge the basics --- Acid, alcohol, tannin, oak, fruitiness, dryness and structure.
Guests will then rate the wines they taste and discover their red and white wine palate via the Palate Club App!
