Black Greek Letter Orgs Host Joint Scholarship Ceremony

The San Francisco Bay National Pan Hellenic Council has 23 chapters representing over 1,500 members from SF, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Kevin Byrd, SF Bay NPHC Vice President & Program Chair says, “The annual scholarship banquet is one of our premier events where all Divine 9 organizations come together to sponsor and give back to the community by giving scholarships to our future leaders. People before us gave a helping hand, and now it is our turn to reach back and uplift the next generation. We are paving the way by providing scholarships totaling over $100,000 collectively. In addition, we are excited to be giving away our first SF Bay NPHC Past Presidents Scholarship to one lucky recipient this year. We are expecting approximately 250 attendees including family, friends and NPHC members.
