BiteUnite Hosts First Ever Food Fair to Support Latest Kitchen Members and California Wildfire Relief

BiteUnite is a co-working kitchen and café that supports passionate home cooks and professional chefs so they can expand to a commercial level. BiteUnite is kicking off its quarterly Food Fair series this holiday season by inviting the public to taste test a variety of unique offerings from their newest kitchen members! Join us for a lively culinary experience unlike any other -- like trying out the tasting menu for four different restaurants all at once! For the inaugural event, BiteUnite is partnering with the American Red Cross to support the California Wildfire Campaign. Attendees will enjoy complimentary coffee, kombucha and:
--Mini holiday-inspired gluten-free waffles from Denise Pitney of Dancing Potz, who believes that gluten-free foods should still be flavor-FULL!
--Plant-based yogurt & granola samples in interesting flavors, like lemon and lavender, from Manav Thapar who strives to make the best tasting non-dairy yogurt on the market at Crunch Culture.
--Fried plantains & topping bar filled with a variety of sauces and signature guacamole from Phillip & Brian, the masterminds behind Phil’s Phire Phoods who want to make sure people having fun with food as much as they are enjoying it!
The American Red Cross’s California Wildfire Campaign is working to provide shelter in community evacuation centers, supply meals, and offer reunification services to anyone affected by the Camp Fire. BiteUnite is accepting donations of any amount to support the campaign through the event RSVP!
