GreenTown Los Altos is pleased to offer our 2nd Annual Native Garden Bike Tour on April 12th, in conjunction with the Los Altos History Museum and the Living Classroom program!
This family-friendly, 2-hour bike tour will:
• Begin at Egan Junior High School, 100 W. Portola Ave. to visit the Living Classroom garden.
• Tour several Los Altos homes and gardens featuring native and drought-tolerant plants.
• Conclude at the Los Altos History Museum's bicycle exhibit: Pedal Power: From Wacky to Workhorse, with its unique collection of bicycles and their stories.
In total, the bike tour is about 5 miles.
Enjoy lunch in the museum courtyard - either brown bag it or order a sandwich at the registration table on the morning of the tour and lunch will be waiting for you at the end. The tour is about 5 miles.
