Company Representatives: We invite you to a series of panels led by hiring experts in tech talk about how they are innovating their hiring models to find great, diverse talent in nontraditional places and build inclusive hiring organizations. We will also introduce you to an immediate pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for internships, apprenticeships, and full time junior and mid level roles.

The event will culminate with an "Uncareer Fair" where employers get to learn about all the great training programs in the area and meet their amazing graduates and future hires.

Yscaira Jimenez is a social entrepreneur who has dedicated the last 15 years to improving the educational and labor outcomes of low opportunity groups. She is the founder of LaborX, the LinkedIn for the LinkedOut, connecting graduates of innovative training programs to hiring managers expanding their talent pipelines. LaborX was under CivicX, Village Capital, and New Profit 2016 acceleration. She is the Spring 2017 Google for Entrepreneurs/Code2040 Entrepreneur in Residence at Galvanize-San Francisco. She is a 2014 Echoing Green, Carroll Wilson, and MIT Legatum Fellow. She graduated MIT Sloan in 2014 and Columbia University in 2003.
