Best Mother's Day Ever Tour

SEE EVENT DETAILS
They say life is about the journey. Chocolate, flowers, and smiles highlight this one-day special event, but mom will be the center of attention on a memory-making San Francisco tour with loved ones
There will be plenty of opportunities to say “thanks” for taking loving care of runny noses, bruised knees, graduation day shirts and more as we cruise America’s most photogenic city to Fisherman’s Wharf, Palace of Fine Arts, the Golden Gate Bridge, Dutch Windmill, Japanese Tea Garden and Ghirardelli Square.
What you’ll see:

While Fisherman’s Wharf was established by 19th-century Italian immigrants who found success catching and selling fish in nearby waters, it was moms that made the local delicacies, like Dungeness crab, into tasty and memorable meals.
Mom will enjoy our visit to the Palace of Fine Arts, an historic attraction since the 1915 Pan-Pacific Exposition. This ancient-worldly site is a favorite spot for wedding photographs and other loving gatherings.
What could be more San Francisco than the Golden Gate Bridge? Assembly of the iconic structure was completed in 1937 with the help of 1,200,000 rivets. In how many ways has mom helped put you together?
Completed in 1903, the picturesque Dutch Windmill was immediately put to work pumping water and life into newly planted Golden Gate Park. The metaphor for “mom” is inescapable!
The Japanese Tea Garden celebrates a connection between natural serenity and tea. Its grounds feature sculptures and water structures to create a calming landscape. Have a moment with mom in this Zen-inspired garden.
There will be smiles all around as we enter Ghirardelli Square. After learning about the chocolate-making process, mom will pick a treat from the assortment of hot fudge sundaes, hot cocoas, chocolate-chip cookies or a chocolate dipped waffle bowls. Need something to go? Browse the selection Ghirardelli chocolate gifts not available anywhere else.
