Being in the Zone: Using Energy Healing and Intuition Self-Care for Productivity and Wellness

In this 2-part class, you will learn healing and meditation practices that draw from researched techniques shown to decrease stress, increase focus, and even relieve symptoms of chronic conditions. Learning to achieve a relaxed and alert state can make you more productive, whatever your endeavor. These practices are easy to learn and remember, and can be easily integrated into a hectic daily schedule.

Each session will begin with an overview of research findings on the practices of Energy Healing and Intuition, followed by experiential training in these two methods of self-care.

Energy Healing Practices: imagery and meditation techniques to protect, ground, clear and replenish the energy field.

Intuitive Techniques: relaxation, body awareness, sensory perception and imagery to sense energy fields. This makes it easier to tap inner wisdom for creative problem solving and self-awareness, and to cultivate empathy.
