Beer and dessert you say? Yes! Beer can be a wonderful component in cakes, ice cream, and sauces, and as a beverage, beer can replace coffee as the perfect complement your favorite sweet treat.
At the start of this class, get your bearings set as our chef-instructors take you through a short beer tasting and pairing lesson. Once you are well-calibrated, learn how to use beer in a variety of desserts, and even learn how to use spent grains (the grains leftover after the brewing process) to create phenomenal breads. Finally, beer and dessert, hand-in-hand.5 HOURS - $195
