Description

Join us for a special dinner as we host the master brewers and distillers from Anderson Valley Brewing Company and Wild Turkey Distillery.  Our bar and kitchen have created a perfectly paired Five Course Dinner using AVBC beer aged in Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels as well as Russel Reserve 10 year Bourbon and Anderson Valley Gose.  This legendary partnership has produced an incredible line of beers, so were excited to not only pair them, but utilize them as ingredients too.

Course 1 
Oyster Ceviche
Watermelon, cucumber, jalapeno, shallot
Pairing: Briny Melon

Course 2
Charred Octopus
Butter beans, pickled padron, early girl tomato curry sauce, herbs
 Pairing: Heelch O'Hops DIPA
 
Course 3
Figs & Duck
Black mission figs, duck prosciutto, Point Reyes Bay Blue, walnut breadcrumb, greens
Pairing: Russel’s Beer Old Fashioned
 
Course 4
Ham wrapped Pork Loin
Pumpkin, smoked onions, apple, frisee
Pairing: Turkey Buck
 
Course 5
Beer and Shot Donuts
IPA glazed beer donut, whiskey cream filling
Pairing: Beer Jam Manhattan

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes.  All dinner guests must be 21 years old or older.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We encourage you to hire a taxi or use ride sharing if traveling from a far distance.  Walking is good too!
What can I bring into the event?
An appetite and love for beer and whiskey
