This hands-on course is about crafting expert espresso shots and perfectly steamed milk drinks while learning the technical elements behind it all.  You’ll also enjoy  drinking coffee during this class  while illy’s Master Barista demystifies the espresso-making experience, empowering you to take the knowledge home to your own kitchen.

Giorgio Milos, illycaffè Master Barista
Giorgio Milos is a barista and coffee expert holding multi-skill certifications from the SCAE, SCAA (now combined SCA)  and is also an Italian Barista Champion and illy's North American Master Barista in Residence. A barista's work starts with understanding how coffee grows, then applying a scientist's curiosity to the complex chain of chemical reactions and variables that create pleasure in the cup.
