Brussel sprouts, fried shallots, fish sauce vinaigrette, Sra. Alavar dressing

Lemon-infused snapper fishcakes, tomato and mango salad, vermicelli in a fennel cream sauce.
GINATAANG BILO BILO
Chilled coconut cream and tapioca soup. Mini-karioka, red banana crisps, jackfruit, ube cremeux.
