WHAT: In celebration of Bay Club’s 40th Anniversary, Bay Club will host its first annual community Fit Crawl – featuring a series of 3 back-to-back Bay Club signature workouts at 3 different locations in SF, with a guided one-mile run/walk in between each. The day will wrap with a live DJ and hospitality from Aloe Gloe, Bare Snacks, CORE Water, House Matcha, REBBL, and KIND Bars. For the first hour following the event, discounted draft beers will be offered at Pier 23 Café. All necessary equipment will be provided.

The Battle: The ultimate cardio and strength training experience for your body and your mind, The Battle sets you up to conquer it all using various training modalities such as Ropes, Rowers, Gliders, and Free Weights.
