Event is Fundraiser for Menlo Park Non-Profit Dedicated to Providing Quality Senior Services
The ninth annual Baubles, Bangles and Bags arrives at the Menlo Circus Club on Monday, November 6, 2017. Peninsula Volunteers' signature silent auction is always a shopping paradise with vintage, designer and specialty handbags and baubles, as well as themed gift baskets, mystery boxes, and five special Christmas trees.
There will be some incredible handbags available for purchase, including several handbags from Nancy Gonzalez, Judith Leiber, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Fendi. The day consists of silent auction, champagne & specialty cheeses, seated luncheon and a guest speaker: Georgie Gleim of Gleim the Jewelers, Stanford Shopping Center and Downtown Palo Alto. She will be speaking on "Re-Imagining Your Jewelry Box".
Linda Drew and Candice Provines are the event co-chairs with the assistance of many Peninsula Volunteer members. Tickets are $175 and are available by calling Cathy Duhring at 650-272-5001.
