In celebration of Bastille Day, Sunday, July 14, Chez Papa Bistrot in San Francisco will offer a 3-course prix fixe dinner menu for $40.00, plus the regular a la carte dinner menu will also be available. The prix fixe menu entrée choices will be Sautéed Black Cod with carrot purée, dates, lentils du Puy, mandarinquat, pistachios, and a pea shoot salad; Bouillabaisse with prawns, clams, mussels, black cod, bay scallops, fingerling potatoes and rouille; Liberty Farm Duck Confit with lentils du Puy, honey roasted apricots, sweet potato purée and a port-cocoa sauce; or Lamb Daube with a rosemary-red wine sauce and seasonal vegetables. The restaurant will be serving dinner from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m.
