Barrels, Bottles & Barbeque at B Cellars!

Join B Cellars in Calistoga for their first-ever “B-Bottling” celebration next month when they host a barbeque, wine barrel sampling, bottling line demonstrations and current-release wine tastings to mark the bottling of the 2008 Blend 26, 2008 Dr. Crane and the now famous 2008 To Kalon (chosen by Andy Beckstoffer to be included in his lot at Auction Napa Valley 2011), as well as the 2009 Sangiovese and 2010 Blend 23.

The day kicks off early at 10 a.m. with tours of the property, including exclusive bottling line demonstrations. Guests are able to get a behind-the-scenes peek at how wine gets bottled from start to finish, all while sampling wine directly from the barrel as well as tasting delicious current releases.

If you’re more partial to barbeque than bottling lines, come at noon for lunch featuring among other savory items, ‘Burnt-Ends’ made famous by the legendary Fiorella’s Jack Stack in Kansas City, Missouri. Named “#1 Barbecue House in the Country” by the Zagat Survey, Jack Stack is a Midwestern institution that brings the crowd and never disappoints. Make your lunch reservations soon as this special barbeque event will sell out quickly!
