Rock out for a good cause at Family Violence Appellate Project's 7th annual attorney battle-of-the-bands fundraiser, Banding Together to End Domestic Violence held in San Francisco. Banding Together features bands from California's most philanthropic law firms and corporate legal teams, who compete in an epic musical battle for the coveted title: Best Lawyer Band in The Bay.
Though the competition is fierce, these rock star attorneys will band together to raise nearly $200,000 for California survivors of domestic violence. All proceeds benefit Family Violence Appellate Project (FVAP), the only nonprofit in California dedicated to giving domestic violence survivors a second chance at justice by appealing and overturning dangerous trial court decisions that put survivors or their kids at risk of ongoing abuse. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Bands start at 6:00 p.m. Winners announced at 10:00 p.m.
