When: Sunday October 13, 1:00- 3:00 PM Where: The Scandinavian School in San Francisco Baking taught in Swedish by: Tora Lundblad
Do you have a little baker at home, who loves to work with dough, decorate cakes and of course, eat the new creations? Come join Tora Lundblad, a Swedish native, who really enjoys to bake, especially with children!
We will try our hands on two different cookies, one of them is one of Sweden's most beloved classic cookies , "Dammsugare" (Vacuum cleaner) Why is it so popular? Is it the color? The shape? The taste? Maybe all three? Come and find out! We will also try our hands on making some "syltkakor".
