Baby Wearing Family Dance Class + Happy Hour

Join us for a special trial Babywearing & Family Dance Class! Fun for the whole family and perfect for: pregnant women, new parents, grandparents, siblings.
Stay after class for a Family Happy Hour in the playspace! Churn Urban Creamery will have a pop-up shop featuring homemade ice cream 3pm - 6pm (yum!). Class participants can book a special Happy Hour $10/Family playspace pass on-site (regular $20 - $30).
Groovaroo Babywearing & Family Dance Class (50 minutes)
Rooted in soul line dancing, this low impact dance class is fun, engaging, and focused on community building! Connect you, your baby, family, and friends together! Infants must be worn forward facing in. Toddlers can be back carried. Please use your best judgment based on sibling e.g. age whether an additional adult is needed.
- Special SF trial pricing $14 members/$18 nonmembers. Pricing is for the family - partners and siblings encouraged to attend!
- Please wear comfortable shoes and bring water and a baby carrier: Stretchy wrap (Moby Mei Tei) or soft structured carrier (Ergo, Tula). No Ring Slings please.

I am passionate about dancing and enjoy music from various genres. I was inspired to become a certified GroovaRooTM teacher after having my daughter in June 2015. This is a perfect way to blend my enthusiasm for dancing while connecting with my daughter and other parents and families. I am CPR certified and have my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

We are a husband and wife duo, and are planning our first storefront in the Portola Neighborhood.
