We believe that every girl is beautiful and extraordinary and with the right tools, friends and information around she is simply Super:)
Happy to have as our dear speaker - Licensed Esthetician/Ayurvedic Practitioner - Kimberly Rierson. She was originally introduced to Ayurveda in her time of suffering from skin allergies, once discovered, it has become her life's most passionate pursuit to bring this wisdom into mainstream American society. As she journeyed in Ayurveda she became aware too of her intuitive gifts and also pursued Reiki training. Altogether, she creatively pairs Ayurveda in helping create beautiful all-natural facials, body treatments, and total body rejuvenation therapies. Crafting her own herbal products, she tailors all services to suit her client's needs.
Kimberly studied Anthropology in Spain and finished at Portland Stare University. Her studies left her wanting to pursue what she found more meaningful. Ultimately, her own journey led her to study with world renowned Kerala Ayurveda Academy at both Seattle, WA and Fremont, CA locations. Additionally, she has completed trainings in Ayurvedic Beauty & Bodywork in Raiwala, India, and Ayurvedic Yoga in Estepona, Spain. She also attributes her spiritual growth from the close guidance of her spiritual mentor in Sedona, AZ. Staying true to the philosophy of Ayurveda, she tries to adapt not only Ayurvedic, but all relevant healing lineages to current modern circumstances. She often teams with other local Ayurvedic practitioners and physicians.

6.00 - 6.30 PM - tea/coffee and get to know each other
6.30 - 8.00 PM - Part 1: general overview and concept of health and beauty of Ayurveda, how to maintain proper digestion, common skin issues and related internal care and safe natural topical solutions;
Part 2: Q&A about skin - determine imbalances (if any), sample of yogic beauty products.
