This experiential gathering is a respectful, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment to explore your relationship with food and your body. Connect deeply with your inner wisdom using Authentic Movement, expressive arts, and the support of community.
This workshop is appropriate for all women-identified individuals looking to deepen their connection to their bodies through experiential movement and art-making. It is also great for women who have recovered from eating disorders or any kind of dysfunction around food, eating, and their bodies.
Space is limited to 10 women.
Art materials and nourishing snacks will be provided

Maria Lentzou, MA specializes in Expressive Arts Therapy and Authentic Movement. She works with children and adults, seeking for healing and for an authentic connection to their bodies and unique creative voice. Maria is passionate about helping you deepen self-love through self-validation and acceptance.

Julia Forberg, MA, MFT is a somatic psychotherapist in private practice in SF. She works with women seeking to connect with their hearts and find relief from their suffering. Julia is passionate about supporting women struggling with anxiety, body image, self-confidence, and relationships.
