Beloved sisters, I am happy to be back with our second Authentic Embodiment women’s circle. This time we will explore our connection with Intuition. She is the treasure of a woman’s psyche. It’s like a crystal through which one can see with uncanny interior vision. It’s like a wise old woman who is with you always, who tells you exactly what the matter is, tells you exactly what direction to take. As women we use our senses to wring the truth from things, to extract nourishment from our own ideas, to see what there is to see, to know what there is to know, to be the keepers of our own creative fires, and to have intimate knowing about the Life/Death/Life cycles of all nature. Kristina Block is a curator of all things beautiful. Her loving heart is a light that illuminates even the darkest of places with grace and an ancient presence. She is the founder of the “Authentic Embodiment” conscious dance practice, as well as “Mindful Models”, a social movement on a mission to bring mindfulness into the modeling industry through a holistic approach to wellbeing. Kristina has expressed her artistry through dance, performance art and conscious movement facilitation all over the globe: from Burning Man, Lightning In A Bottle, Eclipse Festival, Beloved Festival, ChoZen Florida, Dance Lab NYC, to various private events. Her biggest passion is women’s empowerment and social change. Kristina truly believes in the transformational power of dance and encourages every human being to fully embody one’s authentic, sensual, powerful self.
