By Farr is operated by Gary and Nick Farr in the heart of Geelong, located approximately 50 miles southwest of Melbourne. The father-son duo focuses on single-vineyard bottlings of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from site-specific growing plots in their unique region. Both Gary and Nick have worked numerous vintages at Domaine Dujac and have since brought the same meticulous attention to detail that comes with top-quality vinification to their estate. Like the Dujacs, Gary and Nick Farr are both huge advocates of whole-cluster inclusion, particularly when it comes to Pinot. All fermentations at By Farr are done with native yeasts in the family’s gravity fed winery. The Farrs believe that using high percentages of whole bunches leads to lifted aromas and solid tannin structure in the final wines.
Mount Mary has been producing top-notch table wines and single-vineyard gems since 1971. The winery is located in the heart of the Yarra Valley and was created after John and Marli Middleton discovered their passion for excellent and easy-drinking table wines, inspired by countless trips taken to Bordeaux and Burgundy. All wines produced at Mount Mary are made from estate grown fruit and are bottled on site. Now on their third generation of winemakers, the estate's wines are better than ever, showing insane drinkability and a serious sense of place. Mount Mary is comprised of 16 hectares of vines, dedicated to 18 different grape varieties.
We hope to see you there!
