ATTUNE - Yogic Sleep & Sound Healing Meditation with Loriel Starr

Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation as you undo the negative effects of stress, and overactivity. We will explore a combination of yogic sleep meditation (Yoga Nidra) with sound healing meditation in order to cultivate resiliency, increase vitality and restore well-being. These highly effective forms of restorative meditation are experienced lying down (or seated) comfortably. Our time together will include a sound bath from a specialized set of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Planetary Healing Gongs and an assortment of sound healing instruments.
