Liam will conduct an in-depth tasting of critically acclaimed Astrolabe Wines from New Zealand, emphasizing the distinctly diverse terroir of Marlborough. The range will include small lot Sauvignons and award – winning Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.
For the finale, Liam will present the inaugural vintage of High Dive Napa Valley, a left-bank Bordeaux style red blend. High Dive is a Share a Splash Wine Co. collaboration with Peter Heitz (Winemaker, Turnbull Wine Cellars) and Scott Palazzo (Owner/Winemaker, Palazzo Wines).
